- Looking for a passionate fresher to join our HR team as a Technical Recruiter.
- Responsible for assisting in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT and cybersecurity roles.
- Opportunity to learn complete end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates from job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Assist in screening resumes and matching profiles as per job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and joining process.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Support in job postings and social media hiring campaigns.
- Learn and understand technical job roles like Developers, Network Engineers, SOC Analysts, etc.
- Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience during all recruitment stages.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT terms and technologies (training will be provided).
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Educational Qualification
- Any Bachelor’s Degree (HR, IT, Computer Science, or related fields preferred).
Experience
- 0 to 1 year (Freshers can apply).
- Internship experience in recruitment or HR is an added advantage.
