Junior Visual Merchandiser

The Role
Position Title: Jr. Visual Merchandiser Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 6K AED inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands. Job Description: • Implement window displays, in-store setups, and seasonal decorations to attract customers and enhance their shopping experience. Ensure change of displays to promote new product launches and create festive or seasonal themes. • Help maintain inventory of visual display supplies such as mannequins, props, and tools. • Assist in preparing reports on merchandising activities and their impact on store performance. • Suggest innovative ideas to improve visual presentation techniques based on industry trends and competitor analysis.

Requirements
Qualifications: • 35 years old or below; graduate of Visual Merchandising, Design, or related field • Proven experience in Fashion Retail in the same role • Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results. • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools, and MS Office
