Junior Windows & Linux System Administrator

This role is intended for fresh graduates with strong foundational knowledge. Candidates must have practical exposure through internships, academic projects, or lab work, and their concepts in Windows and Linux administration must be clear.

❌ Candidates without relevant experience, projects, or clear conceptual understanding will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server and Linux systems
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control
• Support Active Directory and basic Group Policies
• Monitor system logs, services, and overall system performance
• Perform basic OS hardening and security configurations
• Assist in production and cloud-connected environments
• Work under senior engineers on enterprise infrastructure projects

Mandatory Requirements

• Fresh graduates in Computer Science, IT, Networking, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Relevant hands-on experience is mandatory (internships, academic projects, lab work)
• Strong and clear understanding of: Windows Server fundamentals, Linux administration (commands, services, permissions), Active Directory basics
• Completed relevant projects or internship in system administration, IT infrastructure, or cloud environments
• Good English communication skills are mandatory
• Professional, confident, and presentable personality suitable for client-facing or team interactions
• Ability to explain concepts clearly during interviews
• Exposure to virtualization or cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
• Strong problem-solving and learning mindset
