  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams (operations, finance, customer support).
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day courier operations for key accounts.
  • Monitor service performance (SLA, delivery timelines, complaints, returns).
  • Resolve client issues and escalations in coordination with operations.
  • Prepare and share regular performance reports with clients (shipments, billing, KPIs).
  • Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts.
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and service-level agreements with approval.
  • Ensure timely billing, collections, and reconciliation for assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new key clients and ensure proper account setup.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and retention targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs35,000.00 per month
