Key Account Executive

NCRi Solutions is looking for a Key Account Executive for one of the biggest Conglomerate clients based in UAE to focus on acquiring and managing tenants for the assigned portfolio. The role requires a combination of relationship building, negotiations skills and market analysis to contribute to the success of the department. To achieve the targeted occupancy & retention rates while making sure that the company guidelines and SOP are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arranging viewings for potential leasing clients
  • To lease designated portfolio by achieving the targets in occupancy & revenue
  • Ensure that all units managed under the portfolio are operational & ready to lease
  • Update all leads received in the CRM system and follow up all hot potential leads
  • Ensure all the relevant paperwork has been provided to the office once the deal has been finalized and maintain all records
  • Conduct a check-in / Check – out inspection for units with tenants as per the process.
  • Identify violations within the community and issue violation/ breaches notices accordingly and keep records and follow up on the same
  • Coordinate with tenants to provide access where and when required for maintenance work.

Core Competencies:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Property Management
  • Experience in Dubai Real Estate Market (non-freehold + freehold) is a must.
  • Experience from a reputed real estate developers/ Landlords in delivering high customer satisfaction & Customer experience scores
  • Certified specialized courses in relevant segments of the real estate profession.
  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering / business administration / real estate management.
