Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships built on trust and discretion.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee client accounts, ensuring accurate records, timely updates, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver premium client experiences.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Provide insights and contribute to projects where knowledge of luxury watches and luxury products adds value.

  • Female Only
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in account management, client relations, or sales.
  • Background in luxury watches, jewelry, or other luxury products is a significant plus.
  • A customer-first mindset, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
