Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships built on trust and discretion.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee client accounts, ensuring accurate records, timely updates, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver premium client experiences.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Provide insights and contribute to projects where knowledge of luxury watches and luxury products adds value.

- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Attention to detail.
- Prior experience in account management, client relations, or sales.
- Background in luxury watches, jewelry, or other luxury products is a significant plus.
- A customer-first mindset, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
