Key Account Manager

Job Description :

1. Account Management & Relationship Building

• Act as the primary liaison between the company and major retail partners (Hypermarkets Chain)
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key retail buyers, category managers, and decision-makers.
• Understand each retailer’s business model, category strategy, and shopper behavior to deliver customized solutions that enhance brand visibility and sales.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive sales performance within assigned retail accounts to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities for product expansion, in-store activations, and category growth within each retail chain.
• Negotiate trading terms, listings, promotional support, and pricing to maximize profitability and ensure competitive positioning.

3. Account Planning & Execution

• Monitor sell-through and sell-out data to assess performance and optimize product assortment and shelf space.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Continuously track market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights within the retail environment.

Job requirements:

1. A Bachelor's degree or above, minimum 3 years of Consumer Electronics Industry and Key Accounts channel experience.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a positive and open mindset.

3. Strong written and verbal skills in both English and Local Arabic Language.
