Job Description: The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for building and maintaining long term relationships with strategic accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure long term success.
  • Act as the primary liaison between key accounts and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication.
  • Identify new opportunities within key accounts to drive additional sales and revenue.
  • Conduct regular meetings with key accounts to review performance and address any areas of concern.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement strategies that align with key account goals.
  • Analyze account data to forecast needs, identify trends, and develop targeted action plans.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts promptly to maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.
  • Ensure consistent communication with key accounts through updates, meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to key accounts, highlighting the value and benefits of products or services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and customer service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is required.
  • Proven track record of at least three years in key account management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse client relationships effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as necessary.
