About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the healthcare or hospital industry to join our team in Dubai.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about sales, relationship management, and driving business growth within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing healthcare clients and partners
• Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell healthcare products or services
• Proactively generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and client visits within the healthcare industry
• Present healthcare products and services to potential clients in a consultative and professional manner
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and support for healthcare clients

Requirements

• Prior experience or strong understanding of the healthcare or hospital industry is required
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for sales, business development, and client engagement
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle (mandatory)
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Willingness to travel across the UAE for meetings and site visits
