Key Account Manager Middle East & India

SmyRooms Bedbank is seeking a dynamic and motivated Key Account Manager to join our team. As a leading provider in the hospitality industry, SmyRooms Bedbank offers a diverse range of accommodation options to travel agencies, tour operators, and online travel agents (OTAs) worldwide. The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting our portfolio of accommodation solutions.



Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and acquire new clients within the travel agency, tour operator, and OTA sectors.


  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.


  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of SmyRooms Bedbank's accommodation offerings.


  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.


  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and mitigate challenges.


  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.


  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and promote SmyRooms Bedbank's brand presence.


  • Uphold company values and adhere to ethical standards in all business interactions.




Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.


  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.


  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.


  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Willingness to travel as needed.


  • Multilingual abilities (desired but not mandatory).


  • 3+ years' of relevant work experience
