ABOUT THE ROLE

We are urgently hiring Key Account Officers and Telesales Officers to join our growing Telesales department in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi. You will be representing a leading Food Group based in the United Kingdom, managing customer accounts and driving sales through professional telephone communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls on behalf of our UK Food Group client
• Manage and grow key customer accounts through proactive telesales
• Understand customer needs and present relevant food products and solutions
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the system
• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals

REQUIREMENTS

• Good spoken English and clear verbal communication skills
• Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work on-site at Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi
• Comfortable working in afternoon/evening shift timings
• Basic computer literacy
• Call Center or Telesales experience will be considered a strong advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — no prior experience required

OFFICE TIMINGS

Summer: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Winter: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

SALARY

PKR 55,000 – PKR 60,000 per month (Based on experience + performance incentives on top)
