We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Key Accounts Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and nurture relationships with our most valuable clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of expanding business within existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and serving as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business leads, and drive the sales process from initial contact to close to expand the client portfolio.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding their business needs and goals.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue, increase client retention, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Problem-Solving: Act as a central liaison to resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively, collaborating with internal teams (e.g., production, design, estimation) to ensure a seamless experience.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to proactively address client challenges and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Key Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and data.
- Calls, Emails & Chat handling
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience as a Sales Executive.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Solid understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both clients and the company.
