Key Accounts Manager

  • Achieve Monthly sales target
  • Ensure the profitability of the total channel
  • Ensure all total channel dues are collected on time
  • Forecasting total numbers needed to be reviewed quarterly
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful renewals and upselling
  • Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, finance, product development) to deliver solutions that meet client needs
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to proactively address potential risks or opportunities
  • Provide regular account performance reports and forecasts to senior leadership
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow business with key clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably in FMCG
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to manage complex client relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel as needed
