We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Key Account Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized business solutions
  • Coordinate with sales, project, and operations teams to deliver seamless service
  • Monitor account performance, sales targets, and client satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and business expansion within key accounts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the construction or materials industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Client-focused and target-driven mindset
  • Knowledge of the UAE market is preferred
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
