Key Accounts Operations Manager

▪ Lead and manage day-to-day operations for key accounts, ensuring smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and issue resolution.

▪ Act as the primary liaison for key clients, building strong and lasting business relationships.

▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Production — to ensure accurate forecasting, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

▪ Analyze operational data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.

▪ Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and service agreements.

Requirements:

▪ MBA or a related discipline.

▪ 4–6 years of relevant experience in operations or key account management (preferably within the beverages, FMCG industry).

▪ Strong grip on regional markets, sales analytics & modern trade dynamics.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
