Keyloop Consultant-(Automobile Dealer Management System)

We have an urgent requirement for Keyloop Consultant-(Automobile Dealer Management System) for our client based Dubai.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Keyloop Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise across Keyloop Drive, covering Sales & CRM, Vehicle Management, Procurement & Parts, System Administration and Integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) for Keyloop modules: Sales, CRM, Vehicle Management, Procurement, Aftersales, System Administration and Integrations.
  • Analyze business requirements and map system process and solutions to be aligned with dealership operations.
  • Provide functional and technical support, including troubleshooting, configuration, integration, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and propose enhancements to optimize system functionality and business processes.
  • Collaborate with business, IT stakeholders and vendors on the management initiatives to meets business requirements.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain complex reports using Keyloop reporting tools, SQL, Power BI to provide operational insights and support decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness across all modules.
  • Analyze and resolve end-of-day operational process issues, system errors, forms and reporting discrepancies concerns to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage system configuration, roles, authorizations, workflows, business rules, and vehicle/parts master data.
  • Lead and participate in system upgrades, patches, testing (UAT), and production releases.
  • Maintain functional documentation, configuration manuals, and troubleshooting guides for audit and governance purposes.
  • Support dealer operations optimization, including print management, VHC, mobile service, and other partnered applications.
  • Proactively identify recurring issues and recommend operational process improvements by enabling it in the system.
  • Participate in ERP governance, compliance, and audit activities.
  • Develop ad-hoc reports for auditing and meeting business requirement purposes.
  • Promote best practices in system usage and process efficiency across teams.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on Keyloop Auto drive solution, integrations, and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 8+ years of strong experience with Keyloop Drive across Sales, CRM, Vehicle Management, Procurement, Aftersales and Integrations.
  • Strong functional and technical understanding of dealership operations and enterprise systems.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL, reporting, integration protocols, configuration, debugging, and system administration.
  • Experience in end-of-day processing, business application support, enhancements, configurations, printer manager changes, reporting and integration with third-party systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to consult with senior stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying, data extraction, and reporting.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration and data issues.
Nice To Have
  • Keyloop Certifications in Auto drive.
  • Aftersales and Accounts Modules Experience.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools for reporting and visualization (e.g., Power BI).
  • Experience with API-based integrations and managing web services for data exchange.
