Position Overview:

We are looking for a Kitchen and Purchase Manager with a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing kitchen operations and handling purchase requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth kitchen management, efficient procurement of ingredients, cost control, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure timely food preparation.
• Manage the purchase of raw materials, groceries, and other kitchen essentials.
• Negotiate with vendors for the best rates while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain stock levels and manage inventory efficiently.
• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Prepare and manage purchase budgets and cost reports.
• Supervise kitchen staff and assign responsibilities as required.
• Ensure timely supply of ingredients for daily operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Manager / Purchase Manager.
• Strong knowledge of food procurement and kitchen management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Valid driving license is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
