Kitchen Crew

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic, hardworking, and team-oriented individuals to join our fast-paced kitchen team. As a Kitchen Crew Member, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality food, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and assemble food items according to company recipes and quality standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and food prep stations
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Maintain stock levels and inform supervisors of shortages or low inventory
• Ensure all food items are stored and handled correctly to prevent spoilage or contamination
• Keep kitchen areas clean and organized, including dishwashing and surface sanitation
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an advantage but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift items.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
