We are looking for an experienced and strong Kitchen Head / BOH Head to lead our kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow, food quality, and hygiene standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise complete back-of-house (BOH) kitchen operations
- Ensure food is prepared according to recipes, taste, and quality standards
- Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff during daily operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
- Plan kitchen staff duties, shifts, and attendance
- Control food wastage and ensure proper portion control
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely ordering of ingredients and supplies
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and floor teams
- Handle kitchen operations efficiently during peak and rush hours
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Head, BOH Head, or senior kitchen role
- Must have prior experience working in well-known or notable fast food restaurants
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
- Responsible, disciplined, and quality-focused
