The Office Chef is responsible for preparing fresh salads, juices, coffees, and light refreshments , ensuring high standards of hygiene, presentation, and quality in a corporate environment. The role supports employee well-being by providing healthy and well-presented food and beverage options throughout the workday.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of fresh salads, fruit bowls, and healthy snacks on a daily basis.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages as required.
- Ensure all food and drinks are prepared according to hygiene and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, counters, and beverage stations.
- Manage inventory of fruits, vegetables, coffee supplies, and related items.
- Ensure proper storage of all food items to maintain freshness and avoid wastage.
- Coordinate with Admin for timely procurement of kitchen and beverage supplies.
- Handle special requests for meetings, guests, and internal events.
- Monitor consumption and minimize food and material waste.
- Ensure timely availability of refreshments during office hours.
- Follow all health, safety, and food handling standards.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience in preparing salads, juices, coffees, and light refreshments in an office, café, or similar environment.
- Knowledge of food hygiene, safety standards, and basic nutrition.
- Ability to work efficiently in a structured, professional setting.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a corporate kitchen, café, or hospitality environment.
- Basic culinary or food handling training preferred.
