Professional Chef

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes according to approved menus and recipes
  • Plan daily menus considering nutrition, portion control, and cost efficiency
  • Ensure high standards of food presentation, taste, and quality
  • Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering, storage, and stock control
  • Minimize food wastage and monitor food costs
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
  • Supervise kitchen assistants or support staff, if applicable
  • Coordinate with management for special events, meetings, or catering requirements
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organizational policies

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts or relevant field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2–5 years of professional cooking experience
  • Experience in corporate kitchens, hotels, or executive residences is an advantage
  • Knowledge of local and international cuisines (as per requirement)
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards

Note: Residence & food will be provided by the company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
