Baranh Restaurant is a premier dining, known for its exceptional culinary offerings and outstanding customer service. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of service and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain a motivated and high-performing team.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
- Handle financial transactions, including cash management and daily reconciliations.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure consistent quality of food and beverages served.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to keep the team informed and motivated.
- Prepare and analyze reports on sales, labor costs, and other key metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
- High school diploma; additional education or certification in hospitality management is a plus.
