Restaurant Manager - Haute Dolci Restaurant

Position: Restaurant Manager - Haute Dolci

Haute Dolci is a premium dessert and dining brand known for its elegant ambiance, high-quality desserts, and exceptional guest experience. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations, manage the team, and uphold Haute Dolci’s service and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, grooming, and performance to maintain a professional and motivated team.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service by promptly addressing guest feedback and resolving concerns.
  • Monitor inventory, ingredients, and supplies to ensure availability and cost control.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards in line with company policies.
  • Handle cash management, billing accuracy, and daily financial reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure consistency in food and dessert quality.
  • Implement brand standards, SOPs, and service protocols across all shifts.
  • Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
  • Prepare and analyze reports related to sales, staff productivity, and operational performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, preferably in cafés, dessert lounges, or premium dining.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
