KMC Security Guard

Role Overview: Security Guard’s duties often include securing premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment and inspecting buildings and equipment. Security Guard’s duties can also access points as well as permitting or prohibiting entry.

Job Description

• Patrol the parking lot area regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Monitor entry and exit of vehicles and pedestrians through gates and access points. Ensure proper vehicle parking by guiding drivers and preventing illegal or unsafe parking.
• Conduct security checks and maintain a daily activity log. Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or alarms and report them to the concerned authority.
• Assist customers with basic inquiries and provide courteous service. Prevent vandalism, theft, or other criminal activity.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency personnel when required.
• Ensure surveillance systems (CCTV, lights) are functional and report any issues to the supervisor. Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Experience Required:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within facility operations, parking management, customer service, or security.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in Urdu; basic English comprehension is desirable.

Qualifications Required:

Matriculation or equivalent. Higher education will be an advantage.

Any Technical Certification Required:

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating electronic systems.
