L1/L2 Support Engineer - Remote

Lahore, Pakistan

Role Overview: The L1/L2 Support Engineer will provide high-level technical support, ensuring the smooth operation of our software applications and systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting Azure and .NET environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve incidents and technical issues reported by users or identified through monitoring systems.
  • Offer technical assistance to users through various channels.
  • Continuously monitor systems and applications to identify potential issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
  • Maintain and update support documentation.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Identify opportunities for improving service delivery and user satisfaction.

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in an Azure and .NET environment.
  • Must be AZ-104 Certified
  • Must be AZ-500 Certified
  • Proficiency in monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
