We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and dedicated to solving technical problems while ensuring client satisfaction.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Software (mandatory).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with system installations, account setup, and basic network configuration.
• Manage and deploy databases, scripts, and configurations (Full Training will be provided).
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to internal technical teams (e.g., developers, sysadmins).
• Communicate effectively with clients via whatsapp / online meeting to guide them step-by-step through problem resolution.
• Log and track open issues, ensuring prioritization and timely updates.
• Follow up with clients to confirm systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
• Document technical solutions in manuals, FAQs, and reports for future reference.
• Maintain professional and positive client relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Software - Mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of database (i.e., MS SQL Server, MySQL).
• Basic knowledge of IIS Server configuration.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN configuration, IP setup, connectivity troubleshooting).
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms to non-technical users.
• Team player with a detail-oriented mindset.
