Lab Technician

We are looking for a Lab Technician
Location: Karachi

• Assist Material Engineer and work independently in the absence of Material Engineer.
• Conduct and supervise laboratory testing of construction materials such as soil, concrete, asphalt, and other aggregates to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Perform on-site testing and inspections related to soil stability, compaction, moisture content, and other geotechnical parameters.
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports for project managers and engineers.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations on material selection, testing procedures, and quality assurance.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Collaborate with project engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
• Ensure documentation and record-keeping of all tests, inspections, and quality control activities.
• Stay updated with industry standards, codes, and best practices related to construction materials testing.
