Lab Technologist

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Lab Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in routine diagnostics, excellent technical skills, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards in laboratory operations.

Requirements:

• BS in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)
• Minimum 3 years of professional laboratory experience
• Strong knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and serology
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests with accuracy and precision
• Handle samples, equipment, and reagents according to standard protocols
• Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and quality control of laboratory instruments
• Prepare and maintain lab reports, records, and documentation
• Assist in implementing laboratory safety and quality assurance procedures
• Collaborate with senior technologists and consultants
• Follow all SOPs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
