About the Role

Grand City Fasialabad is urgently hiring a Lab Testing Technician to ensure quality control of construction materials at our project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in material sampling, testing, and reporting in compliance with engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site testing of construction materials (concrete, soil, aggregates, asphalt, steel, etc.).
• Prepare and maintain accurate test records and lab reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, specifications, and quality control procedures.
• Collect and preserve samples systematically for verification and audits.
• Assist engineers in verifying mix designs, job mix formulas, and quality requirements.
• Calibrate and maintain lab equipment regularly.
• Report test results promptly to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE Civil) or relevant technical qualification.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a construction site/lab testing environment.
• Knowledge of material testing standards (ASTM, AASHTO, BS Codes).
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Good reporting and communication skills.
