Land Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Take accurate site measurements and mark points on the ground using surveying tools (like total stations and GPS).
• Set out positions for precast concrete parts (like columns, beams, and panels) before they are installed.
• Check that precast elements are placed correctly in terms of level, alignment, and size.
• Update survey drawings and keep clear records of all measurements.
• Help calculate earthwork volumes and track site progress.
• Work closely with site engineers and construction teams to avoid mistakes.
• Follow safety rules and keep your tools in good condition.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in surveying, especially in civil or precast construction.
• Experience using common survey equipment (e.g., total station, GPS).
• Basic knowledge of CAD or survey software is a plus.
• Able to understand drawings and follow technical instructions
