Job Description

We are looking for a Land Surveyor responsible for site measurements and marking activities for ongoing projects. The role involves ensuring accurate layout, alignment, and levels as per project drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform site surveying, setting out, and marking as per approved drawings.
• Take accurate measurements and verify site dimensions.
• Establish control points, levels, and reference markers.
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure proper execution.
• Use surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, and Laser Level.
• Maintain survey records and reports.
• Ensure work is completed according to project requirements and timelines.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Experience in construction or fit-out projects preferred.
• Knowledge of surveying equipment and site layout procedures.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
