Land Surveyor

Job Description:

World Legend Contracting L.L.C is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our team for a prestigious townhouse and villa project in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in land surveying within the UAE, particularly in projects involving residential developments such as townhouses and villas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land surveys and measure distances and angles between points on, above, and below the Earth's surface.
• Establish precise locations for construction and ensure accurate boundaries are marked.
• Use specialized equipment, including GPS, Total Stations, and AutoCAD, to collect and interpret survey data.
• Prepare and maintain detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate survey results into project plans.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards throughout the surveying process.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of land surveying experience in UAE projects, with a focus on residential developments (townhouses and villas).
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using surveying instruments and software (e.g., GPS, Total Stations, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of local surveying laws, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in conducting surveys and recording data.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
