Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and take accurate measurements before marble installation works.
• Perform setting out and level marking for marble, stone, and related finishing works.
• Verify dimensions, coordinates, and elevations as per approved drawings.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors regarding survey requirements.
• Prepare survey reports, measurement records, and as-built data.
• Ensure alignment and leveling accuracy during installation activities.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and laser tools.
• Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and report to management.
• Support quantity verification and material measurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in marble, stone, or interior fit-out projects.
• Good knowledge of marble setting out and finishing works.
• Proficient in using surveying instruments and AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
