Landscape Care Technicians (multiple specialties available)

Seeking qualified candidates with experience and skills in a variety of landscape construction, care and maintenance operations.

• Interest in thriving landscapes
• Willingness to work hard to create or maintain them
• Determination to provide top quality service in one of our specialty areas.
• Ability to work with tools and vehicles, general mechanical proficiency, plus additional skills in specialty area and/or trainable.
• The desire to work outdoors and physically fit enough to perform the work.
• Valid U.S. driver's license to operate company vehicles
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. and pass pre-employment drug screening (to include THC)

Rodolph Brothers Inc. is a full-service landscape company that has been serving Casper for 26 years. We employ 35 workers year-round (due to our extensive commercial snow removal operation). We work particularly in the following specialty areas and seek qualified candidates who can contribute to our excellent quality of care for our clients and their landscapes:

• Landscape design and construction
• Irrigation installation, repair and regular maintenance
• Lawn health including aeration, fertilization and weed control, pest and disease treatments. General and bare ground weed control.
• Full service tree trimming and removal
• Plant healthcare for trees and shrubs, including fertilization, watering, diagnosing and treating pests and diseases
• Landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, gardening and cleanups

Benefits: $18 starting wage for fully qualified employees, with adjustments discussed depending on experience and skills. Health Insurance, Dental & Vision. Profit Sharing (for qualified positions).
