Landscape Crew Leader

Job Summary

The Crew Leader is responsible supervising and coordinating landscaping and outdoor projects. They are in charge of crew members to maintain high-quality work, organized operations, and excellent customer experiences. This role ensures that A Touch of Nature LLC continues to deliver professional, reliable, and safe services for all homeowners.

Qualifications / Experience

• Minimum of two (2) years of landscaping experience is required (with references)
• Preferred experience in building landscape features such as patios, walkways, or retaining walls.
• Experience in operating a Weed Wacker, Chainsaw, Hedge Trimmer
• Ability to safely operate equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
• Ability to operate a dump truck and a trailer
• Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and instruct team members
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation - Driver's license requiredwith a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card

Core Responsibilities

• Lead a team of landscape technicians in executing projects such as garden installations, tree care, and Hardscape Installs
• Maintain high-quality standards in all landscaping work performed by the team
• Train new employees on proper landscaping techniques and safety protocols
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and tools used in landscaping tasks
• Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
