Rocky Top Landscape is hiring a Landscape Crew Lead / Foreman to run our softscape installation crew for the 2026 landscaping season.

We are a locally owned landscape company serving Summit County since 1999, working throughout Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon, and Keystone. We are a small team that takes pride in quality work and maintaining a strong reputation in the community.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small crew on landscape installation projects
• Install and oversee softscape work including mulch, tree planting, shrubs, flowers, and decorative rock
• Drive company trucks and transport tools and materials to job sites
• Maintain clean, organized trucks, tools, and equipment
• Responsible for jobsite organization, crew productivity, and quality of work

Requirements

• Clean and valid driver’s license (required)
• Landscaping or landscape installation experience
• 2+ years landscaping or crew leadership experience preferred
• Ability to lead a crew and keep projects on schedule
• Comfortable working outdoors in mountain weather conditions
• Reliable, organized, and professional

Pay & Position Details

• $27.50 – $33.00 per hour depending on experience
• Overtime available during peak season
• End-of-season bonus
• Opportunity for year-round employment with winter snow removal for the right candidate

Pay: $27.50 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
