Landscape Foreman

Dinatale Landscaping is looking for qualified residential and commercial landscape/construction maintenance foreman. We are hiring one people for this position

Pay based on prior experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

· Maintaining residential/commercial properties with all maintenance needs(Including but not limited to mowing, trimming, tedious garden work etc.)

- Landscape/masonry construction including but not limited to:

(Patios, stone and timber walls, fencing, cobblestone installation)

· Operate lightweight/heavy machinery(including but not limited to bobcats/stander mowers)

· Communicate plans, changes, etc. effectively with all crew members daily

· Follow all safety procedures

· Meet daily requirements

· Execute proper use of all tools and power equipment

· Be able to multi task and run a crew of 1-4 guys sometime more in spring/fall for large property cleanups/mulch etc.

· Be responsible for equipment, be able to drive truck with trailer safely

- Commercial snow plowing

- Speak to customers on an as needed basis

- Keep a positive outlook and help keep morale up

Qualifications:

· 2-3 years’ experience as a foreman in the residential and commercial landscape maintenance /construction industry

- 2-3 years experience in masonry

- Hoisting license or ability to get one

· DOT Medical card or the ability to get one

· Ability to operate lightweight and heavy machinery

· Have a valid driver’s license
