Landscape Supervisor (Agriculture)

Job Description:

• Oversees daily landscaping operations by managing a team, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards, maintaining equipment, and communicating with clients.
• Responsibilities include planning and scheduling tasks, guiding field staff, managing resources like labor and materials, and keeping accurate records of projects and budgets.
• Must have strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and relevant safety and environmental regulations is also crucial for success in this role.
• Supervise, train, and mentor landscaping crews, ensuring they follow safety guidelines and project plans.
• Monitor daily landscaping activities, ensuring that client requirements are met and project goals are achieved within budget and timeframe.
• Coordinate the procurement and use of labor, equipment, and materials to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Maintain knowledge of plants, soil conditions, and irrigation systems, and provide guidance on plant health and pest control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
