Landscape Supervisor (Farm or Agriculture Experienced)

• Lead and direct a team of farm and landscape workers, assigning daily tasks, developing work schedules, and providing training and guidance
• Monitor the health of plants, crops, trees, and shrubs, implementing feeding, irrigation, and pest/disease control programs based on soil and environmental conditions.
• Oversee landscaping and agricultural projects, which includes planning, sourcing materials, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Supervise the operation and maintenance of all farm and landscaping machinery, equipment, irrigation systems, and related infrastructure (e.g., farm buildings, fences).
• Conduct regular quality inspections of all work and enforce strict compliance with farm safety, food safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of production, costs, labour, and materials, and prepare regular reports for senior management or clients.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
