Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape/Groundskeeper to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to keep outdoor areas pristine and healthy.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and excavators safely and efficiently.
• Conduct landscape installation projects involving hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and garden beds.
• Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or malfunctions and making necessary repairs to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
• Provide tree care services including trimming, pruning, and removal as needed to promote tree health and safety.
• Assist with snow plowing and removal during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for all users.
• Support general groundskeeping duties such as planting new greenery, mulching beds, removing debris, and ensuring overall landscape health.

Requirements

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping machinery and hand tools.
• Familiarity with lawn care practices including mowing, fertilizing, aeration, and pest control.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques along with horticulture principles.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Experience with excavation equipment such as excavators is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction practices related to hardscape features and landscape installation.
• Ability to perform tree care tasks including trimming and pruning safely.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward maintenance tasks. Ideal candidates will have experience in landscaping or groundskeeping roles along with a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
