Landscaper
Talking Rock Club is now hiring for a Landscaper. The Landscaper perform a range of general duties including applying fertilizers, maintaining the landscape design, removing weeds and dead plants, and making minor repairs.

Other Qualifications:
- Prepares soil for planting beds and lawn areas.
- Plants trees, shrubs, turf grass and flowers.
- Prunes and trims trees and shrubs.
- Operates mechanical equipment such as mowers, weed trimmers and utility vehicles.
- Maintains a clean landscape environment through trash removal and debris cleanup.
- Maintains landscape through the application of mulch, water, fertilizer and grooming.
- Maintains irrigation system around the common areas of the resort.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications for the Landscaper:
- Prior landscaping experience preferred.
- Must be self-starter and willing to work independently.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
Other Qualifications:
- Regular and reliable attendance.
