Premier Contracting is a well established landscape maintenance and construction company. Originating in Annapolis, MD, we have expanded reach to surrounding counties and the eastern shore. The applicant shall have experience with landscape maintenance, general knowledge of tools and equipment, a positive attitude, and dependability. He or she will be expected to safely drive common landscape trucks. A CDL is not required. A valid drivers license is required.

Duties:

-Oversee daily operations on site

-Drive landscape truck and trailer

-Assist with jobs

-Communicate with customers as needed

-Perform various landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns

- Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls

- Plant and maintain gardens, including weeding, watering, and fertilizing

- Operate power tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers

- Assist with snow plowing and ice removal during winter months

- Provide tree care services such as pruning and removal

Skills:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field required
- Ability to safely operate power tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
