Job Duties

• Oversee the hub’s daily operations, infrastructure, and workflow to ensure efficiency and SLA compliance
• Manage cash flow and financial activities, including COD collections, reconciliation, and expense tracking
• Supervise and support hub staff, ensuring strong performance, attendance, and adherence to company policies
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments, maintaining next-day delivery and cancellation SLAs
• Monitor performance metrics, generate regular operational reports, and maintain accurate records
• Lead by example, coach and develop team members, and foster collaboration across all hub functions
• Resolve daily operational issues, follow up on tickets (e.g., Freshdesk), and maintain smooth communication with other teams
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hub or warehouse operations, preferably within the shipping or e-commerce industry
• Proven experience in team leadership and supervision
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities
• Proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude and sound judgment
