Law Clerk or Lawyer - Civil Litigation Ontario - Canada (Part time - Project-based)

We are currently seeking a Law Clerk or Lawyer who is familiar withe the Rules of Civil Prodedure in Ontario - Canada. This is a project-based role.

*** What You’ll Be Doing ***

• Preparing documents for a Civil Litigation Court Proceeding

*** What You Bring ***

• 5+ years of experience with Civil Litigation practices in Ontario
• Knowledge of which forms need to be prepared, filed and served
• 5+ years of experience with Rules of Civil Prodedure in Ontario - Canada
• 5+ years of experience filing documents in the Online Justice System platform for Ontario

*** Additional Details About the Role ***

• Part-time role
• $7.50/hr USD depending on experience
