Law Office Receptionist

Receptionist – Bilingual (English & Spanish) | Law Firm

Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual who enjoys helping others and working in a fast-paced environment? Our growing law firm is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team!

We’re seeking a bilingual candidate (Spanish & English required) with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering great client service. If you’re a quick learner and ready to grow your skills in a legal setting, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism
• Manage filing, copying, and organizing legal documents
• Assist with maintaining client case files and legal calendars
• Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff
• Prepare and file basic legal correspondence and documents
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other involved parties

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual (Spanish & English – Required)
• Previous experience in a law office – Preferred
• Customer service experience – Highly valued
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent people skills and patience when working with clients
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
