We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our clients' lawns and landscapes. Duties:

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning

- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to ensure the health and vitality of lawns and plants

- Operate and maintain various power tools and equipment used in lawn care

- Build and repair structures such as fences, retaining walls, and walkways

- Provide tree care services including pruning, trimming, and removal

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

- Communicate with clients to understand their specific lawn care needs

Experience:

- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred

- Knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

- Proficiency in using hand tools commonly used in lawn care

- Familiarity with different types of grasses, plants, trees, and their specific care requirements

- Ability to operate power tools such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
