The Role

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking team members to help us maintain residential and commercial

properties. As a Landscape Maintenance Technician, you’ll operate professional-grade equipment to

mow, trim, and clean up lawns and landscaping areas.

Key Responsibilities:

● Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing

● Shrub trimming, weeding mulch + rock installs

● Daily equipment maintenance and fueling

● Safe, proper use of all tools and machines

● Using App to track jobs and communicate with office

● Work well with others or independently

What We’re Looking For

● Team player that puts others first and shows up on time and ready to work

● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

● Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors fulltime in variable conditions (Heat, Cold, Rain)

● Able to pass a background check and drug screen

● Has at least a year of lawn care/ landscaping experience.

Compensation & Schedule

● Pay: $17/hr base pay + performance bonuses. Average first year team members make between

$20 and $25 per hour

● Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours a day

● Year-round employment: Includes winter work opportunities

● Typical Hours: 30–40 per week
