Lawn Maintenance Worker

We are an established landscape construction company seeking landscape maintenance laborers. Duties include mowing, weeding, clean-ups, plant bed maintenance, and trimming. License to spray a plus. Clean driving recored required.

• Mow lawns, trim trees, prune shrubs, and perform general gardening to maintain healthy and attractive landscapes
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and small machinery to perform landscaping tasks efficiently
• Conduct landscape maintenance including mulching, edging, and upkeep walkways
• Assist with tree care activities including trimming and pruning using appropriate safety procedures

Requirements

• Prior experience or familiarity with lawn care, landscape maintenance, is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
• Mechanical knowledge or experience operating power tools, hand tools
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to safety protocols when handling equipment such as chainsaws
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude is essential.
• Valid driver’s license is required for equipment operation or transportation purposes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
