We are searching for a Lawyer to join our Labour Law and Global Reporting team in Istanbul to provide legal support about Labour Law issues, for our departments and management, also to follow up the global reporting processes.

If you think you have most of the following qualifications.

• Law degree is a must, additional master’s degree is preferable
• 3-5 years of related experience on Labour Law (preferably in banks or reputable law offices)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Effective use of MS programs, especially Excel
• Advanced skills in communication, meticulous approach, high sense of responsibility and follow-up

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities.

• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing related contracts; internal policies of the Bank from Labour Law point of view
• Following up mediation processes and lawsuits by representing the Bank as an attorney at law
• Monitoring and supervising the external law firms
• Providing legal consultancy to the related departments
• Preparing and providing trainings to the relevant department on Labour Law practices
• Conducting the local and/or global reporting procedures in accordance with global workflows and deadlines
