Senior Associate (Learning & Development Project Manager) - Abu Dhabi - 9-12 months


Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Associate to manage and deliver multiple training programs for a key client in Abu Dhabi. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and content development to delivery management, client engagement, and financial reporting. The position requires strong coordination skills, a solid understanding of learning journeys, and experience working with government stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management : Plan, organize, and manage training programs, including vendor coordination, logistics, and scheduling.
  • Content & Delivery : Oversee content development, align with stakeholder expectations, and ensure delivery meets agreed standards.
  • Client Engagement : Act as the primary contact for clients, manage communication, conduct status meetings, and provide regular reporting.
  • Quality & Evaluation : Review training materials, monitor trainer performance, gather feedback, and manage risks.
  • Financial Oversight : Maintain dashboards, forecast revenue, and manage billing and invoices.
  • Account Growth : Build strong relationships with stakeholders, identify opportunities for program expansion, and support future delivery.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Higher Education project management.
  • Strong knowledge of training program design and delivery.
  • Experience working with government or public-sector clients is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and vendor coordination skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
